Please indicate which bank is most convenient for you to transfer or deposit to on your order form. Our account no. will be provided in the invoice we will be sending you.

Upon completion of payment, please email us the reference no. of payment made as proof of payment. If payment is made online and there is an option to enter receiver's email address, kindly enter our email address.

Once we confirm that your payment checks out, we will arrange for your items to be mailed out.

Shipping options:
The delivery methods available are as follows:

1. PosLaju - RM6/RM7 for first item, RM2 for each subsequent item to anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia (next day delivery) or RM8/RM9 for first item, RM2 for each subsequent item to anywhere in East Malaysia (next or 1 business day delivery). Tracking no. and signature of recipient required as proof of delivery.

2. PosDaftar - RM4 for first item and RM2 for each subsequent item within Malaysia. Takes 4 to 7 business days to arrive.

3. e-Parcel - Cheapest option available for bulk delivery. Recommended for multiple items order. Price quotes based on weight of parcel and destination. Takes 5 to 12 working days to arrive.

We do not deliver via PosEkspress for the following reasons:

a) PosEkspress does not require signature of recipient, hence no proof of delivery. This will be a problem in the rare event the item goes missing. We do not want any disputes.

b) PosEkspress envelopes come in limited sizes and are meant to carry documents instead of objects. Furthermore, most garments when folded will exceed the thickness limit of the envelope itself.

Again, kindly state your preferred method of delivery on your order form. This is to help us quote your total payment when we prepare your invoice.
