Terms & Condition

Welcome to the Vintage biri-biri's Online Store website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

There is only 1 available piece for each item posted unless stated otherwise. Sizes stated are what each garment best fits, not the variety of sizes it is available in.

All items are authentic vintage pieces and may possess minimal wear and tear signs.



2. Order process
When you submit your order form, you will receive a copy of what you submitted via email. This itself does not guarantee the reservation of the items you ordered. Availability of the items is only confirmed when we send you the invoice.

Upon receiving the invoice, kindly check that all information in the invoice are correct and proceed to make payment.

All orders are handled manually on a first come first served basis. Order forms are expected to be filled up with accurate and complete information to expedite the transaction.

Information required on the order form are for payment and shipping purposes. We will not attempt to contact you via the phone details you provided except for COD. Our transactions are conducted in black and white via email to avoid miscommunication or disputes.



3. Payment
Payment can be made via cash deposit, bank transfer, inter-bank transfer or via PayPal. If all information on the invoice is confirmed to be accurate, payment is expected to be completed within 3 business days.

We reserve the right to void your order after 3 business days if we do not receive any response from you after sending our invoice over.


4. Shipping
When you have completed payment and we have received your payment details, we will confirm your payment and proceed to ship your order within 3 business days.

We will provide a tracking no. for each delivery. The delivery will be trackable on PosMalaysia's website.

Shipping costs are quoted based on weight of package and destination, cost determined by our postal service and we will combine shipping whenever possible.

Shipping options include: Registered Post, PosLaju, e-Parcel and International Registered Post.


5. Cancellation
You are free to cancel your order within 24 hours of submission. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can release the items to the next interested shopper. We expect our shoppers to be considerate and kind enough to let us know immediately if there has been a change of mind.

If you don't respond to our sent invoice, we will also consider that as a cancellation. So be sure to check your spam mails after putting your order.



6. Cash on Delivery
COD is only available for orders of 3 items and above, within certain areas at the convenience of both parties. If COD cannot be arranged within 3 business days of items reserved, full payment is be remitted first.

Sale items are not eligible for COD.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns nor exchanges. Therefore, please double-check the sizes of the items you wish to purchase by referring to our sizing guide.

All questions regarding the items you wish to purchase should be asked before placing the order.
